Very Serious Food Holidays
September is Scooter’s Coffee Month . . . as decided by Scooter’s. But it’s a pretty damn good deal if you’re a coffee drinker. But there’s more food news, so keep reading if Scooter’s and coffee aren’t your jam.
- Labor Day Weekend is full of yum:
- Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon
- Carvel
- Jamba (formerly Jamba Juice, which I didn’t know because we don’t have one)
- Firehouse Subs
- Krispy Kreme (why are they so good at this?)
- Gong cha
- KFC
- Marco’s Pizza
- QDOBA
- TGI Friday’s
- Elevation Burger
- Fatburger
- Fazoli’s
- A bunch of other places of which I’ve never heard
- Today, Friday, September 1st is National Gyro Day!
- If I didn’t already have food plans today, I’d celebrate, but if you’re near a Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, they’ve got a deal.
- Wednesday, September 5: National Cheese Pizza Day
- The severely underrated pizza is getting its day, and Pieology is celebrating.
- Thursday, September 6: National Coffee Ice Cream Day
- While I’m not seeing deals, I do see Baskin Robbins flavor of the month is Coffee Shop Cold Brew. So, maybe they’ve got a deal in their app. I don’t know. If I had their app, I’d be at BR daily.
