FREE Body Journal Prompt!

I’m slowly easing into offering body journal prompts both for free and as paid products. If you’re like, “wtf is body journaling,” I’ll have a post on that soon. If you’re like, “No idea what body journaling is, but I’m in,” I’ve got something you might want to try!

Oh, by the way, remember 77%. It’ll be important in a second.

For subscribing to my email list, you’ll get a free body journal prompt page. It includes multiple questions, a fun design, and space to write. Don’t worry! I won’t email you daily. In fact, I typically send a newsletter twice a month if you’re a regular reader. I *might* email you if I have a special deal going on, but I don’t do those a lot.

Said newsletter sends you links to blog posts, so you don’t have to visit the website looking for new content. It’s already in your email!

I also include quotations, additional prompts, and random thoughts in the newsletter, so it’s packed full of good stuff totally for free. My therapist was like, “You offer A LOT of content,” and I was like “Yay” but also “fuck, am I doing too much again?” Either way, it’s your gain.

Maybe you’re still not sure if this is right for you. Give it a try for a month. If, come September, you’re not into it, you can always unsubscribe. That way, you’ll still have the free journal prompt, but you’ll be free of that extra email. And you can bookmark the blog instead. Whatever is easiest for you!

Lastly, if you like numbers, you’ll love this. My newsletter is pretty damn successful. A good average open rate–meaning the percentage of people on a mailing list who actually open the email–is like 20 to 40 percent. Mine is 77%. Subscribers enjoy what I’m sending, y’all!

So, if you want posts like “Ozempic Ruins Foodie Life” or “Function Medicine: Can I Trust It?” waiting for you in your email, get on the list!
