    • A loved one compared my approach to food to that of the late Anthony Bourdain, and I’m not sure I’ve had a better compliment. I know I’m nowhere near Bourdain’s genius, but I do strive to be as courageous as he was. If you’ve never read any of his books, do it. Better yet, listen to the audio books.
      • Oh! I’m trying to get rid of my Audible membership, and I have a copy of Bourdain’s Medium Raw. When I’m done with it, I can gift it to whomever wants it. Just comment below!
